Tuition Assessment: Winter session tuition is assessed in addition to the tuition & mandatory fee assessment a student would be charged for their spring course credits. Please refer to the spring 2025 tuition and fee table above for spring 2025 tuition and fee assessment rates.  A student who takes both a winter session course and spring 2025 coursework will be assessed tuition for the winter session (based on the winter session 2025 tuition chart) as well as tuition and mandatory fees for their spring 2025 course credits (based on the Spring 2025 tuition and fee chart).

Example 1: if a student enrolls in a 3 credit hour winter session course and 9 credit hours of spring coursework, the student will be assessed 9 credits of spring 2025 tuition and mandatory fees plus the winter session tuition for a 3 credit course.
Example 2: if a student enrolls in a 3 credit hour winter session course and 12 credit hours of spring coursework, the student will be assessed 12 credits of spring 2025 tuition and mandatory fees plus the winter session tuition for a 3 credit course.

Enrollment Certification and Financial Aid Eligibility: for enrollment certification and financial aid eligibility purposes, total credit hours from a student's winter session course load and spring 2025 course load will determine their status. Financial Aid disbursement for winter session and spring 2025 will begin on January 16, 2025. The winter session and spring 2025 university bill is due on January 20, 2025.

Example: if a student enrolls in 3 credit hours of winter session coursework and 9 credit hours of spring coursework, the student will be considered full-time for enrollment certification and financial aid eligibility purposes.
